Efficient project management focuses on realizing the assigned task within the agreed time frame and within the available budget, including a timely delivery.

In order to ensure optimum results, esmo automation uses the SciForma project and portfolio management software and, as a first step, begins with the creation of a requirements specification, which records and documents all specifications of the customer in detail. Based on this, we will then develop suitable concepts and proposals for the realization of the requested feature in close interaction with our respective customers.

After the final approval of concept and design by the customer, our project team will further elaborate, test, and eventually realize them. In this process, both in-house developments of special components and special solutions as well as – due to specification and selection – components and standard products available on the market will be employed.

A professional, target-oriented project planning approach, i.e. a reliably binding calculation of time and resources as well as a precise definition of milestones and project objectives, is the prerequisite for realizing complex automation projects. In close cooperation with you, during all project phases, we thus ensure the successful realization of your investment project.

In the production phase, our technicians and automation specialists will implement our automation solutions worldwide in turn-key plants. With the close interaction of our project managers and our assembly teams we also guarantee a most efficient production at premium quality. After successfully completing the test phase at our factory, the plant will be handed over to you. Upon your request, we will also issue safety certificates and declarations of conformity (CE marking).

We provide and install control cabinet systems and components as per customer specifications. Prior to commissioning, we will check your equipment/components, and also support you in any maintenance issues. Our service portfolio includes, among other things, any further safety checks as well as adaptations of obsolete or upgradable systems to current standards or requirements.

With the support of professional tools, such as EPLAN P8, we plan and design customized control cabinets including individual wiring diagrams – from diagrams for specific applications to integrated circuits for production line sections.

Our electricians will realize the control cabinet designs – proper and clear labelling as well as a comprehensible layout and arrangement of all integrated electrical components is a matter of course.
