smiling faces, good mood

great start for esmo trainees

It was a warm and hearty welcome that esmo group training supervisors – Florian Zosseder (training management), Georg Fischbacher (electrical engineering), and Stephanie Wimmer (media design) –extended to the five new trainees of the company – Daniel Kroiher and Maximilian Spiegl (mechatronics), Pascal Armbruster and Patrick Heil (industrial technicians), Adriana Noichl (media design) – on their first day of work (please also refer to report "five new trainees at esmo group").

And the three had planned a special kick-off program for the new arrivals:

After greeting and introducing each other in a very laid-back atmosphere, the training supervisors took their new colleagues along on a tour of the Rosenheim company headquarters to offer them a first overview of the big picture, to answer questions, to provide all sort of information and advice, and last but not least, of course, to introduce the rest of the "crew" to the newcomers.

Before lunch, training supervisors  Zosseder, Fischbacher, and Wimmer outlined and explained basic operational procedures as well as organizational matters.

The afternoon was dedicated to team building in order to create a feeling of togetherness, to cultivate acceptance of other persons‘ personalities, and to set the right course for a positive culture of communication.

In the afternoon, all attendees took their leave in good spirits, wished each other a nice weekend, and looked forward to seeing again and working together.
