The first destination of the fifteen trainees' and their training supervisors Georg Fischbacher and Florian Zoßeder's field trip on 2 November were the Adelholzener Alpenquellen (= alpine springs), in Siegsdorf, Germany, founded in the year 1907. This year's motto: "Adelholzener Water World".
After a warm welcome, the company was introduced to the visitors with a PowerPoint presentation. During the guided tour of the visitor center, the trainees and their training supervisors were given the opportunity to watch through large windows how the products were filled into PET and glass bottles. The staff of the "Water World" team was ready at any time to answer questions on processes and operation sequences. Provided with lots of interesting information on the production site, the trainees also had the chance to visit the production hall. At the end of their tour, they received a farewell gift and were allowed to taste all the different types of beverages as well as the flavours which were newly launched on the market.
After lunch at the "Hotel zur Post" in Rohrdorf, Germany, the group headed for their second destination, the "Blackfox Lasertag" at Klepperpark in Rosenheim, Germany, near the train station.
With great enthusiasm the trainees and their training supervisors competed against each other in two teams. The two-hour fun program, filled with action, which the trainees will certainly remember for a long time, was the perfect end of this year's field trip.
