The esmo Xx-change cart is a semi-automated Device Interface Board (DIB) exchange system designed for high-mix semiconductor test environments. It enables a single operator to complete a full load board changeover in under one minute, reducing changeover time, minimizing operator effort, and eliminating the risk of manual handling errors.

The modular design supports integration into existing multi-vendor ATE setups without reconfiguration and provides an upgrade path toward fully automated test floor operations via AGV or AMR mounting.
