At SEMICON Europa in Munich from November 10 to 13, 2026, esmo semicon will focus on the newly developed contacting solutions in the Vulcon® product group.
Contacting forms the electrical and mechanical interface between the device under test (DUT) and the test system. Selecting a contacting solution means considering the DUT and package, electrical requirements, temperature conditions and mechanical interface in relation to the surrounding test setup.
Vulcon® is esmo semicon’s Contacting product group. Its broader semiconductor test cell range also includes test head manipulators and carts, docking and interface systems, pogo towers, contacting solutions and sockets, test head housings, and device handlers.
Depending on the project, esmo semicon adapts and integrates manipulators and docking and interface systems for tester, prober and handler setups. Handling applications can also be customized and automated. Project support ranges from requirements definition and equipment selection through design, production, installation, training and service. The scope depends on the project.
