From September 10–12, 2025, esmo semicon brought fully automated testcell workflows to life at SEMICON Taiwan (TaiNEX 1, Booth K2050). Live demos of the ares evo autodock | autosetup manipulator, the talos engineering tri-temp handler, and Helix-E Docking drew strong interest from customers and partners across the test community.
SEMICON Taiwan 2025 underscored a clear trend: factory automation in semiconductor test isn’t a future vision – it’s happening now. At our booth K2050 (1F Hall 1), visitors experienced how esmo systems help fabs reduce manual effort, increase stability, and accelerate changeovers in advanced ATE environments – particularly for fast-growing AI chip test demands.
Our live setup combined the ares evo autodock | autosetup manipulator with the talos engineering handler and Helix-E Docking to demonstrate precise, repeatable docking and efficient device interfacing. The result: higher throughput, safer operations, and more consistent test performance – key enablers for lights-out testcells.
Beyond technology, SEMICON Taiwan was also about collaboration. We were delighted to reinforce our partnership efforts with Kanematsu in Japan – another step toward long-term, sustainable growth in the region.
A warm thank-you to everyone who stopped by to discuss use cases, share ideas, and snap photos with the team. Your feedback energizes our roadmap and the innovations we’ll bring next.
We’re already planning for SEMICON Taiwan 2026 (Test Pavilion K2052, Sep 2–4, 2026) at the same triangular location. Stay tuned for what we’ll unveil next.
