Girls’ Day 2025 at esmo AG

On April 3, 2025, esmo AG once again welcomed four young girls from Johann-Rieder-Realschule Rosenheim and Dientzenhofer Realschule Brannenburg for Girls’ Day 2025.

Training supervisors Florian Zoßeder and Georg Fischbacher, introduced the 8th graders to the world of technical professions – specifically industrial mechanics and mechatronics.

Following a warm welcome and light refreshments, the hands-on experience began: the girls tried their hand at filing, drilling, marking, soldering, and wiring – even working with CNC technology. The highlight of the day? Crafting their own lockable aluminium cube containers and small electronic components – supported by our current trainees from the industrial mechanic and mechatronics tracks.

Their verdict: a fantastic day full of insights and hands-on fun! And who knows – maybe we’ll see one of them again soon, this time as an apprentice at esmo AG.

Participating in Germany’s nationwide Girls’ Day has become a valued tradition at esmo AG: we’ve taken part every year since 2019 – and we plan to continue doing so. Our goal is to inspire young women to pursue careers in technology and to introduce them to the wide range of professional opportunities within the esmo Group.
