esmo AG Rosenheim moves into new company building

Space for growth, innovation and collaboration

In mid-November, the time had finally come: after around two and a half years of construction, esmo AG moved into its new company building. The new building directly adjoins the existing assembly hall and the former office areas, which were subsequently modernized and expanded. This investment not only created additional capacity, but above all a working environment that meets the requirements of a highly modern mechanical engineering and system integration company.

In addition to the administrative departments – Finance, CEO, HR, Marketing, Product Safety and IT – the new building also houses the Engineering and Software teams of esmo semicon. Bright rooms, short distances and a well-thought-out architectural concept promote professional exchange and collaboration across departmental boundaries.

Particular emphasis was placed on the design of the workstations:
All employees benefit from height-adjustable desks, ergonomic office chairs based on the latest ergonomic standards, and sound-insulated meeting booths for focused work. The concept is complemented by modern kitchenettes with professional coffee machines on every floor, the esmo “Lounge” as a shared team and recreation area, as well as an underground car park with elevator access.

The architectural concept of the new building creates a pleasant, calm and relaxed working atmosphere, supporting both focused work and professional exchange. A modern, timeless design combined with high-quality furnishings defines all office and common areas.

Another highlight is the roof terrace with a generous sun sail, offering employees additional space for breaks, informal conversations and short moments of relaxation.

During the soft opening in mid-November, more than 200 guests were welcomed to the new assembly hall – including representatives of the landlord and developer, the project team, architects and construction management, all involved trades, as well as the entire esmo workforce. In a convivial atmosphere with traditional Bavarian food and drinks, guests had the opportunity to experience the new premises together for the first time.

Following a short address by CEO Andreas Rothstein, the gathering continued for several hours, reflecting on the intensive construction phase and celebrating the successful completion of the project.

In his speech, Andreas Rothstein expressed his sincere thanks to all involved trades for the consistently cooperative and trusting partnership. He also thanked Wurm GmbH & Co. KG as landlord and developer for granting an exceptionally high level of involvement throughout the project. Last but not least, he highlighted Ingenieurbüro Katzer as construction management, who demonstrated great patience and commitment during the entire project.

With the new building, esmo is ideally positioned for the years ahead – for continued growth, innovative projects and a modern, attractive working environment.
