On September 1, 2025, four new apprentices started their professional journey at esmo AG in Rosenheim. Two of them are beginning their training in industrial mechanics, while two others are starting in mechatronics.
This year, the new apprentices were welcomed by Georg Fischbacher, Team Leader Electrical Assembly / Training, as well as by CEO Andreas Rothstein, Ralf Tüchler, Head of Finance and Human Resources, and Doris Beyer, HR Specialist at esmo AG.
The first day included a varied introduction program: Following a round of introductions and a short team-building activity, the apprentices were guided through the production halls and departments at the Rosenheim site, gaining their first insights into daily operations. A particular highlight was the visit to the in-house training workshop, where they will acquire the foundations of their chosen professions over the coming weeks and months.
Organizational topics were also covered before the group visited the second site in Raubling, home to esmo automation. The day concluded on a positive note, with the apprentices looking forward to the upcoming challenges and opportunities as part of the esmo AG team.
