On September 1, 2026, five new apprentices began their professional training at esmo AG in Rosenheim. Dominik Zehetmayer and Jonas Stocker are training as industrial mechanics. Maximilian Rikowsky and Magnus Huber are training as mechatronics technicians, while Simon Burger is training as an IT specialist.
The new apprentices were welcomed by Georg Fischbacher, Team Leader Electrical Assembly and Training, as well as CEO Andreas Rothstein, Ralf Tüchler, Head of Finance and Human Resources, and Doris Beyer, HR Specialist at esmo AG.
Their first day included an introduction round and a team-building activity. They then visited the production halls and departments at the Rosenheim site, gaining initial insights into the company’s operations.
A visit to esmo AG’s in-house training workshop was another important part of the programme. Over the coming weeks and months, the apprentices will learn the foundations of their future occupations there. Organisational topics were also covered during the day.
The day continued with a visit to the company’s second site in Raubling, where esmo automation is based. We are pleased to welcome Dominik, Jonas, Maximilian, Magnus and Simon and wish them a successful start, valuable practical experience and an exciting time as part of the esmo team.
