Kids Day @ esmo Rosenheim 2023

While for many, the Repentance Day (Buß- und Bettag) has become just another ordinary workday, for the employees of esmo AG with school-aged children, it turned into a small event again this year.

To ease the day for parents, esmo AG once again organized childcare in collaboration with "sostegno" from Neubeuern. A total of 17 girls and boys, aged 6 to 12, spent the day at the company's premises, engaging in creative activities and gaining a behind-the-scenes look at the Rosenheim special machine manufacturer.

From crafting and painting to stringing beads, the largest meeting room at esmo AG offered numerous activities starting at 7:30 am. The children not only showed interest in the creative aspects but also in their parents' workplaces.

Georg Fischbacher, instructor for mechatronics apprentices, guided the young guests through the entire company – from procurement and storage to construction, milling, production, and assembly. With enthusiasm, he explained the processes at esmo AG. In the training workshop, the children later had the opportunity to be hands-on under the guidance of apprentices Janik Dos Santos, Leonard Lang, Nils Markl, and Marinus Schlosser.

The event, taking place for the second time this year, was a great success, providing young guests with a unique insight into the world of esmo AG. Perhaps we have even sparked the interest of the next generation in our work – we look forward to the possibility of welcoming them as part of our team in the future.
