Kids Day @ esmo 2025

A Special Experience for Our Youngest Guests

On the Day of Repentance and Prayer (Buß- und Bettag), it was that time again at esmo AG: 15 boys and girls aged 6 to 14 were guests at this year’s “Kids @ esmo” day – and were able to experience a very special highlight right from the start.

They were the very first visitors in the new esmo building, which had been officially opened just under a week earlier. This meant the new company building started its journey not only with technology and innovation, but with children’s laughter, curiosity and lots of creativity.

A Personal Welcome – with Their Own esmo ID Badge

A real highlight was waiting for the children right at the beginning of the day: each of them received their own personalized esmo ID badge – featuring their name and a cartoon character. For many, this was the moment they truly felt like “real esmo employees”.

A Day Full of Discovery, Creativity and Amazement

As in previous years, the school-free Day of Repentance and Prayer was used to support our employees while giving their children exciting insights into the working world of their parents.

Together with the experienced sostegno team, who joined us for the fourth time, and with the active support of Pascal Armbruster, Doris Beyer and Stefan Hofmann – as well as our dedicated apprentices – a varied and engaging program was created.

The children enjoyed:

  • Crafting, painting and creative workshops
  • Games, movement and team-building activities
  • First insights into technology, mechanical engineering and automation
  • Exciting guided tours through the new company building

This gave the children the opportunity to discover their parents’ workplaces, ask questions and experience real technology up close.

A Day to Remember

The Kids Day @ esmo has long become more than just childcare – it is now a firm part of our corporate culture. It connects family and work, creates understanding for technical professions and shows how important community is at esmo.

A Big Thank You

A big thank you goes to:

  • the sostegno team
  • all colleagues who supported us – sometimes spontaneously – and explained so many things to the kids
  • and of course our dedicated esmo apprentices, without whom the many creative activities in the training workshop and electrical assembly would not have been possible

Thank you for making this day something truly special for the kids!
