From June 22 to 25, 2026, international sales teams as well as colleagues from Product Development and Finance came together at esmo’s sites in Rosenheim and Raubling. The meetings focused on exchanging views on regional market requirements and aligning on a common direction for the coming years.
On June 20, numerous colleagues from esmo’s international subsidiaries had already joined us for the Open Day and the subsequent Celebration Night marking esmo’s 25th anniversary. These events provided the starting point for several days of exchange, collaboration and personal interaction.
From Monday to Thursday, the international Sales and Finance meetings were held at esmo. Colleagues from Singapore, Shanghai, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and the USA met with the local teams in Rosenheim and Raubling. The working days were characterised by focused sessions, technical presentations and in-depth discussions, lasting up to nine hours per day.
The discussions centred on esmo’s product portfolio and current developments in the semiconductor and automation markets. Topics included, among others, demand influenced by artificial intelligence and the increasing complexity of applications.
The regional sales teams made an important contribution by sharing specific feedback from their respective markets and customers. This allowed different regional perspectives to be brought together and considered in a global context. The aim was to establish a shared understanding of current market requirements, align priorities and jointly further develop the positioning of esmo’s solutions for the coming years.
There was also plenty of opportunity for personal interaction outside the official sessions. Lunch breaks were used to continue discussions between the various locations and regions. In the evenings, smaller groups continued their conversations in restaurants in and around Rosenheim. In an informal atmosphere, they discussed the topics of the day together with the Product Development teams that had contributed to the respective content and technical presentations.
At the beginning of the meeting week, the Finance teams from California, Shanghai and Singapore were also on site. They held their own workshops during the day and later joined the shared evening programme with the other participants. This added financial and operational perspectives to the overall discussions.
Bringing together Sales, Product Development and Finance made it possible to consider market and customer feedback, technical requirements, and financial and operational aspects as part of a common discussion. The international exchange thus created a coordinated basis for further collaboration and the next steps.
esmo would like to thank everyone involved for their time, their preparation for the meetings, their openness and the depth of the discussions. Special thanks also go to the teams in Rosenheim and Raubling for the technical presentations and for organising the entire week.
The topics and priorities discussed jointly will continue to guide esmo in the coming weeks and months. The next step will be to incorporate the results of the exchange into further collaboration and esmo’s future direction.
