The delegation included senior representatives from local government, energy supply, economic development, and higher education. The visit aimed to further strengthen the long-standing cooperation between esmo and official institutions in the United States, with a particular focus on expanding collaboration with academic partners.
Among the guests were Melissa Anguiana, Director of Economic Development for the City of Roseville, Shawn Matchim, Chief Operating Officer of Roseville Electric, Amy Schulz, Executive Dean of Workforce & Strategic Initiatives at Sierra College, and Sean Witry, Senior Project Manager TBIC Transatlantic Business & Investment Council.
Representing esmo AG were Andreas Rothstein (CEO esmo group), Josef Weinberger (Business Unit Manager esmo semicon), Lars Ingenhag (Business Unit Manager esmo automation), and Thomas Seidl (Sales Manager).
The visit marks a significant milestone in esmo’s international development. It represents the first official return visit of this kind outside the United States and highlights the strategic importance of the transatlantic partnership between esmo, the City of Roseville, and its economic and academic institutions.
Especially in times of dynamic global economic change, direct exchange between industry, municipalities, and academia is becoming increasingly important. The meeting in Rosenheim sends a strong signal for the continued expansion of economic, technological, and educational cooperation between Europe and the United States.
