On Saturday, April 25, 2026, esmo AG once again took part in IHK JobFit at the Auerbräu Festhalle in Rosenheim. For us, this career orientation fair hosted by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce is a key annual event – an opportunity to meet young talents early, provide guidance, and talk openly about career paths in technology and engineering.
At our booth, the focus was on real conversations:
Which apprenticeship fits which strengths?
What does day-to-day work look like?
How does the application process work?
Together with many visitors, we discussed training opportunities at esmo in a practical, personal, and approachable way.
A highlight this year was the virtual look into our training environment:
Using VR headsets, visitors were able to explore our apprenticeship workshop and get a feel for how technology, teamwork, and a modern work environment come together at esmo.
A big thank you goes to everyone who supported our presence at the fair – especially our apprentices and training team for their dedication and for sharing authentic experiences. The strong interest and positive feedback confirmed once again how valuable personal exchange is when it comes to career orientation.
