esmo @ IHK Jobfit 2025 in Rosenheim

Once again this year, esmo AG took part in the IHK Jobfit! on Saturday, May 10, held at the Auerbräu Festhalle in Rosenheim. This career orientation fair, organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, is a regular highlight not only for students from the region seeking the right path into professional life, but also for our current apprentices across all three training years.

At our booth, visitors were welcomed with a wealth of information about our vocational training programs and internship opportunities. But that’s not all – they also got a unique and immersive glimpse into the esmo world: using VR goggles, curious young attendees were able to take a virtual tour through our training workshop and experience first-hand just how exciting technology and teamwork at esmo can be.

A heartfelt thank-you goes to our dedicated apprentices – Patricia, Sophie, Florian, Leonhard, Elias, Lukas, Raphael, and Elia – who shared their personal experiences with great enthusiasm and showed what makes an apprenticeship at esmo so special. Of course, it’s about gaining technical knowledge – but fun and team-building events are also very much part of the journey.

For esmo AG, participating in IHK Jobfit! is far more than just a trade fair appearance: it’s an opportunity to meet young talents early on, offer orientation, and present real career prospects – practical, direct, and personal. And we believe we’ve once again succeeded in doing just that, as demonstrated by the many great conversations and the first internship sign-ups we received during the event.
