The early New Year kickoff brought energy and excitement to Shanghai as the esmo China team came together for its annual employee event. The evening offered an opportunity to look back on a successful year and raise a glass to the year ahead.
There was plenty of room for personal conversations, shared laughter and open exchange. Andreas Rothstein, CEO of the esmo Group, Ralf Tüchler, Manager Finance & HR, and Markus Reissmann, General Manager China, also joined the celebration, spending the evening together with the team in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
A special focus was placed on recognizing long-serving employees, with colleagues honored for 5, 10 and 15 years of service. The program was enriched by impressive acrobatic performances that actively involved employees, as well as the traditional Sichuan opera face-changing (Bian Lian) show. Rarely has anyone seen masks change so quickly and seamlessly as on this evening, leaving the audience both amazed and delighted.
Over recent years, esmo China has developed in a highly dynamic way and achieved strong, sustained growth. This positive momentum is primarily driven by the commitment, expertise and dedication of the well-established local team. The Shanghai site stands for sustainable performance and a clear strategic focus within the esmo AG.
