Together with more than 450 other runners, a small team from esmo AG also joined this year's Burgfeld Run, organized by the local Aising-Pang ski club. In their esmo running shirts and the company slogan "be in motion" on the front and back, the four colleagues Peter Liebig, Stefan Schoeberl, Christoph Schwarzenbrunner, and Thomas Seidl took to the starting line on 30 April 2022, and set off in a light drizzle. They covered distances of 5 km and 10 km across the woods and fields around Aising near Rosenheim, Germany.
Despite the fact that this running event was primarily about taking part and not so much about running times, all four esmo runners were more than satisfied with their performances. Each of them comfortably achieved the goals they had previously set for themselves. Christoph Schwarzenbrunner, covering 10 km, even crossed the finish line in seventh place – in an esmo shirt, of course. A great success for the start of this year's running season.
