esmo Apprentices Experience an Unforgettable Day Trip in Munich

13 apprentices from esmo recently embarked on an annual trip that combines informative experiences with fun and entertainment

Once a year, all esmo apprentices, accompanied by their trainers Florian Zosseder and Georg Fischbacher, embark on a collective excursion that seamlessly blends educational insights with entertainment. This year's destination was Munich, where they visited the Hofbräu Brewery and the Bavaria Film City.

Upon arriving at the HB Brewery in Munich, the day began with a guided tour through the expansive production facilities. Following an informative presentation about the brewing process, the apprentices had the opportunity to ask questions and receive firsthand answers. The 13 future industrial mechanics, mechatronics engineers, technical product designers, and IT specialists were particularly impressed by the intricate piping and conveyor systems throughout the production area – a complex system that required a closer look to fully understand. The brewery tour concluded with a gathering in a cozy Bavarian-style room, where they enjoyed Bavarian delicacies and non-alcoholic beverages.

The journey then continued to Bavaria Film City, where our apprentices enjoyed a lively tour through film and television sets. The outing kicked off in a 4D cinema, where everyone experienced an action-packed ride. In the production halls, the young apprentices gained insights into the technology behind film production and even had the chance to showcase their acting skills on some of the film sets, resulting in some highly entertaining short films.

In the evening, our apprentices and instructors returned to esmo in Rosenheim, tired but filled with new experiences and memories. It was truly a successful and enjoyable training day at esmo that will undoubtedly be remembered for a long time to come!
