esmo AG recognized as IHK TOP Education Partner 2025

Direct collaboration with schools as a key focus of vocational training

esmo AG has been honoured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria as one of the TOP Education Partners 2025. The award ceremony took place in Munich and highlights the outstanding commitment of companies and schools to supporting vocational orientation for young people.

For many years, esmo AG has actively contributed to practical career guidance through internships, application training, company tours, and information sessions. The goal is to give students early insights into technical professions and career paths – true to the motto: from theory to practice.

A total of 116 schools and training companies across Upper Bavaria were recognized this year for forming and actively implementing an IHK education partnership between July 2022 and December 2023. One of them is Mittelschule Rosenheim-Aising, which launched its partnership with esmo in 2022.

“Collaborating with schools is more than just a way to recruit future talent – it’s part of our social responsibility and a contribution to hands-on, experience-based development for young people,” says Florian Zoßeder, Head of Vocational Training at esmo AG, who accepted the award in Munich together with his colleagues Georg Fischbacher and Pascal Armbruster.

Since 2014, the Chamber has supported schools and companies in establishing such partnerships, which have since become an integral part of career orientation in the region.
