During this year’s Christmas celebration at Gasthaus & Hotel Hirzinger in Söllhuben, esmo AG honored several long-serving employees for their 10- and 20-year anniversaries. These colleagues have contributed their experience, expertise, and dedication across a wide spectrum of areas – including mechanical and electrical assembly, CNC production, logistics, quality management, engineering, and project-based work.
CEO Andreas Rothstein personally recognized the honorees and emphasized how remarkable it is for employees to remain committed to a company for such long periods in today’s working world. In his speech, he highlighted the significance of their reliability, loyalty, and professional excellence, which have all played a decisive role in shaping the growth and success of esmo AG.

The evening continued with a festive 3-course dinner, a lively photobox corner, and many personal conversations – the ideal setting to celebrate shared achievements and look ahead to the coming year.
