Farewell into Retirement

After seven and a half years of dedicated service in quality assurance at esmo AG, we bid farewell to our esteemed colleague Kornelia Gruchott on February 28, 2025, as she enters her well-earned retirement.

Many colleagues from various departments joined the celebration to mark this special occasion. Andy Rothstein (CEO) and Ralf Tüchler (Manager Finance & HR) also took the opportunity to personally thank Kornelia for her commitment and presented her with a bouquet of flowers and a hotel voucher as a token of appreciation.

Kornelia Gruchott has had an impressive career in quality assurance, spanning over 40 years, including seven and a half years at esmo AG. With her expertise and unwavering dedication, she was an invaluable asset to the team. Her responsibilities ranged from incoming goods inspections and supplier evaluations to the processing of initial sample test reports, blocked stock management, and the creation of quality metrics.

To mark the occasion, Kornelia received numerous farewell gifts and well wishes, and celebrated with a traditional Bavarian-style snack. As the event unfolded, colleagues shared fond memories and anecdotes from their time working with her.
