On Saturday, May 6, 2023, after a few years of intermission, IHK Jobfit finally returned to Rosenheim, where numerous companies presented their apprenticeship opportunities. esmo AG was also represented and had invited interested young individuals to learn about apprenticeship possibilities as industrial mechanics, mechatronics specialists, and technical product designers.
At the esmo booth, visitors had the opportunity to experience the company and the training workshop through a 3D headset, providing a 360° panoramic view. Training manager Florian Zosseder, along with HR specialist Doris Beyer and the four apprentices Jonathan Baumgart, Denis Deljkic, Simon Hartl, and Patricia Vogt, were available to answer questions and provide guidance to interested parties.
During numerous discussions, topics such as the duration of apprenticeships, earning potential, apprentice activities, company events, and many other benefits at esmo were discussed and explained.
Overall, IHK Jobfit was once again an extremely successful event for esmo AG, allowing the company to showcase its apprenticeship offerings to a wide audience. The opportunity to experience the company and the training workshop through 3D headsets garnered significant interest from visitors.
