Technical know-how and well-networked team distinguishing esmo

esmo group's early July "International Sales + Management Meeting" focusing on new developments, workshops, and personal communication – live on site in Rosenheim for the first time after more than two years

"International Sales + Management Meeting" may sound quite dry and theoretical at first – in fact, this was not at all the case. After the COVID-related break of well over two and a half years, all colleagues from the esmo branches in Roseville (USA), Singapore (Singapore), Shanghai (China)(remote participation), Zhubei (Taiwan)(remote participation), and of course Rosenheim and Raubling (Germany) were glad to finally be able to meet and exchange ideas in person again. This very comprehensive and direct interaction had definitely been missing.

Thus, for five days, the focus was set on requirements, developments, and trends in the various (target) markets, on new products, solutions, and workshops in the fields of automation technology, custom machine engineering, manipulators, handling (e.g. lykos BIB loader + unloader, lupo cart), docking and interfacing for the semiconductor industry – and, last but not least, on face-to-face communication among the globally networked and operating esmo team.

Aside from technical aspects, emphasis was also placed on personal exchange – and this was particularly important after the prolonged (involuntary) suspension of live meetings in the past two years. During the breaks, esmo team members repeatedly addressed the diversity of customer requirements, and explored options of new offers and solutions for the individual markets.

That benefits all company locations to the same extent: after all, it is the synergy of technical know-how and personal exchange that distinguishes a group of companies like esmo.
