Shortly after its foundation more than 20 years ago, esmo AG started to train young people as industrial and mechatronics technicians. Over the years, vocational training programs for office clerks, IT specialists, and technical product designers have been added.
Just a few weeks ago, Alexander Engel completed his training with us and embarked on his professional career as an industrial mechanic. The remarkable thing about this: Alexander completed his exams at the Bad Aibling Public Vocational School with distinction and a superb grade point average of 1.28.
With this result, he is one of the best trainees – of both esmo AG and the graduation classes at vocational school. For this very special achievement he has now been honoured by the Government of Upper Bavaria and District Administrator Otto Lederer with a certificate and a present.
And also we would like to join in and say: Congratulations, Alex. Such an awesome result. We are happy that you will continue to be around and part of our team in the milling shop.

All training positions for the 2022/2023 training year have already been filled. However, for the upcoming year 2023/2024 once again numerous career and training opportunities as industrial and mechatronics technicians will be open for interested young people.
