Three Students Start for esmo at the Charity Run of Brannenburg Secondary School

The flood events in May and June 2024 are still very present in most people's minds. The damage will be visible for weeks and months, and the associated costs will last even longer. In our region, it was primarily the communities of Raubling, Nußdorf, Brannenburg, and the Inntal valley that were particularly affected by the flooding.

To support those affected at least a little, Dientzenhofer Secondary School Brannenburg organized a charity run for students in grades 5 to 9 on June 28, 2024. Students ran for one hour. For every kilometer achieved, parents and sponsors of the respective students donated 1 EUR.

Due to the now very well-established close partnership with Brannenburg Secondary School, we were happy to support three runners with running shirts and a subsequent donation. The boys ran a total of 47 km as a small esmo team – of course, we rounded up this amount. In the end, we were able to support the action with 300 EUR for the flood victims.

Many thanks for the idea, for the organization by Dientzenhofer School in the background – and of course, last but not least, to the three esmo runners for the kilometers achieved. Great performance!
