On September 1, 2024, five new apprentices began their professional journey with esmo AG in Rosenheim. Sophie-Marie Storp and Florian Hulla have started their training in industrial mechanics, Raphael Brettschneider and Elias Braun in mechatronics, and Leon Wimmer in technical product design. The new team members were welcomed by training manager Florian Zoßeder and trainers Georg Fischbacher (mechatronics) and Christian Herzig (technical product design).
To ensure a smooth start, a comprehensive introductory program was organized. After an initial round of introductions and a team-building exercise, the apprentices toured the production halls and departments at the Rosenheim site, gaining their first insights into operational processes. A visit to the in-house training workshop provided a valuable look into the practical aspects of their training.
Throughout the day, they were also briefed on essential organizational processes before visiting the second site in Raubling, home to flextos GmbH and esmo automation. The day concluded on a positive note, with the apprentices looking forward to the exciting challenges and opportunities ahead at esmo AG.
We say: Welcome! It's great to have you here!
