esmo AG has established a new IHK educational partnership with Dientzenhofer School in Brannenburg. This partnership is another significant step towards preparing students for working life through practical experiences. The collaboration offers students insights into various career paths and enables them to gain hands-on experience in an innovative company.
Florian Zosseder, Technical Training Manager at esmo, emphasizes the importance of this partnership: “The young men and women of today are the urgently needed professionals and workforce of tomorrow. We are very pleased to support the excellent preparation of young people for apprenticeships and professional life. Those who get to know different professions and gain practical insights into everyday work can make better decisions about their personal dream job.”
Dientzenhofer School is delighted with the collaboration with esmo, which marks the company’s second educational partnership. Through such partnerships, students can gather valuable practical experiences alongside their theoretical education and learn about the wide range of apprenticeships available in the region. esmo AG views this as an important investment in the future of the region and the younger generation.
About IHK Educational Partnerships
In an educational partnership, the IHK initially establishes contact between interested schools and companies. Particularly at the beginning, it advises on implementing the partnership in both the school and company environment. The opportunities for practical career orientation range from career information evenings, company tours, and internships to hands-on offers in companies for Girls' or Boys' Day, and even teacher internships.
About Training at esmo AG
The esmo Group operates globally but calls the Rosenheim region home. Customer proximity and communication on equal terms are highly valued here. This differentiates esmo from many others and has made it an extremely successful and reliable partner for companies in the semiconductor industry and special machine construction for over 20 years.
Perfection and enthusiasm for innovative, advanced technologies are as much a part of the corporate culture as enjoyment of work, strong collegiality, and a very pleasant working atmosphere.
Since 2006, esmo AG has been training skilled workers in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, IT, and technical product design. So far, all 57 graduates have received job offers, and many former apprentices are still among the 162 colleagues at the Rosenheim and Raubling locations today.
All apprenticeship positions for the 2024/2025 training year are already filled, but from 2025 onwards, numerous career and training opportunities will be available again for interested young people. For more information about training at esmo AG, visit: esmo Group - Training at esmo
