esmo @ IHK Jobfit 2024 in Rosenheim

Students Gain Insight into Apprenticeships at IHK Fair

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the IHK Jobfit was once again held in Rosenheim, exactly one year after the last training fair. The IHK Jobfit serves as a platform where companies can showcase their apprenticeship programs and excite students about various training professions. Among the exhibitors this year was esmo AG, which invited young people to learn more about the professions of industrial mechanics, mechatronics, and industrial clerks.

The esmo AG booth offered visitors a unique experience in 2024: using 3D glasses, they could get a 360° view inside esmo AG’s training workshop. Training manager Florian Zosseder was present along with apprentices Patricia Vogt, Janik Dos Santos, Michael Kogler, Leonhard Peter Lang, Lukas Radspieler, and Peter Strohbeck to provide advice and answer questions about the duration of training, salary prospects, apprentice activities, company events, and other benefits of training with esmo. A major advantage for many students was esmo’s central location in Rosenheim, situated close to the ice stadium, public swimming pool, and just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The innovative presentation of the training workshop through 3D technology attracted significant attention and was a highlight for visitors. The IHK Jobfit proved to be – alongside the numerous school fairs where esmo is always present – a valuable opportunity to present its comprehensive training offerings to a broad audience.

For those who could not attend the fair in person, esmo AG offers detailed information about its training programs on its website under "Training + Training at esmo AG".
