In July 2001, 20 years ago now, a group of six determined pioneers, who had come together and set out to realize their common vision, founded esmo AG in Rosenheim, Germany.
Within a very short period of time, the esmo company (esmo AG) expanded to various industry sectors: esmo semicon (manipulators, docking + interfacing products, system integration, handling + automation systems for the international semiconductor industry), esmo automation (plant engineering, system integration + automation technology), and flextos GmbH (special purpose machines + tools for the construction industry).
For its above-average corporate development, esmo was conferred the prestigious BAYERNS BEST 50 award by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy, as early as six years after its foundation.
With its subsidiaries in Germany, USA, Singapore, and China, esmo has consequently developed into the globally represented and internationally operating esmo group of companies which has sustainably established itself as a competent, reliable, and strong partner for its worldwide customer base.

2008 :: foundation of esmo Asia North Co. Ltd. in Shanghai, China
2009 :: foundation of flextos GmbH in Rosenheim, Germany
2011 :: acquisition of esmo group by Accuron Technologies Limited
2014 :: expansion and relocation of esmo Asia North Co. Ltd., China, to new business premises
2016 :: relocation of esmo USA Corp. from Santa Clara to Roseville, California
2016 :: expansion of our plant premises and production capacities – opening of esmo plant II in Raubling, Germany
2018 :: relocation of esmo Asia Pte. Ltd. to more spacious business premises
2020 :: relocation of flextos USA Inc. to more spacious business premises
2021 :: relocation of esmo Asia Pte. Ltd. to new business HQs
By now, the esmo group of companies employs a total of 237 employees worldwide.
