In short, “build to print” means that you provide the plans, design data and parts lists, and we produce your machine on that basis (classic job order production).

That’s all there is to it. Your contact at esmo Automation will inspect your documents in advance and work with you to plan any necessary modifications to ensure optimum results. Once all plausibility checks are complete, it’s time to move on to production. This all takes place at our assembly facility in Raubling, Bavaria.

The build to print process at our company can be summarised as follows:

• We view and inspect your documents.
• We’ll contact you if we notice anything that is unworkable.
• We then establish any necessary adjustments with/for you.
• We procure the material.
• We prepare the assembly.
• We manufacture and test the product.
• You purchase it.
• Finally, we pack it and send it to you or your customer.

• We turn your specifications into work steps and parts lists.
  We check your sketches and plans once again (tolerances, plausibility, materials, etc.) before we move onto the assembly phase.
• Unless otherwise specified, we search for suitable suppliers and order the required parts including quality testing and assurance.
  You benefit from our in-house milling shop, which we can use to produce many components ourselves.
• We plan every step in detail. 
  After this step is complete, we provide you with a precise schedule for manufacturing. This gives you full planning security.
• Our internal commission department tests and approves every component.  This means we can guarantee absolute precision in manufacturing and completing your order.
• Our purchasing, design, engineering, assembly and quality assurance departments cooperate seamlessly to complete your machine with exceptional quality and precision according to your sketches, plans and specifications. And of course we will also provide you with optimisation suggestions for any further (series) production on the basis of the same plans.
